What are normal cargo insurance exclusions?
Delay, wear and tear, inherent vice (any cargo damage that occurs as a result of the nature of a product), criminal acts or negligence by the master or crew, un-seaworthiness of the vessel
Duration of the risk as attached from the time the subject-matter insured leaves the warehouse or other place of storage at the time of the policy’s commencement of transit. The risk then continues during the ordinary course of transit and terminates on delivery.
